Frequently Asked Questions
The entire treatment will take approximately 5~10 minutes depending on the number of lesions.
Based on individual’s pain tolerance and location, most people are able to tolerate the laser sessions with minimal discomfort. Topical anesthetic cream will be used prior to treatment to make the laser procedure more comfortable.
In most cases, one treatment should be sufficient. A touch up might be needed for deeper skin lesions in 1 month time.
The treated areas will form small scabs, which will fall off in about 5 to 7 days, depending on the size and depth of the original lesions. Antibiotic ointment and healing serum will be prescribed to aid in healing and recovery.
